Greenhorn Grove Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Apparel should be free of wear, damage, or alterations. Proof of purchase is required.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

For standard returns (size issues, change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Final sale items, custom products, and worn items are not eligible for return.
